VALE RANDAL MATTHEWS

It is with great sadness that we advise our community on the passing of influential and dedicated volunteer and member Randal Matthews.
Randal was involved at many levels within our sport over the years, dedicating extensive time and effort to the Softball community which included tenure on the Softball NSW Board as Treasurer in the late 1980’s. He was also heavily involved with the Auburn Softball Association and most recently as an umpire with the Softball NSW all abilities program.
We thank Randal for his extensive efforts and acknowledge that our community will forever indebted to him for all that he gave to our sport and organisation.
Randal’s funeral will be held on Tuesday January 12th, 11:00am at The Garden Chapel, Castle Brook Memorial Park, Windsor Road, Rouse Hill.
On behalf of the Softball NSW Board, Staff and Community, we send our condolences to his family and friends at this time.
